There was a particular Saturday-an extremely busy one for us-where our system suffered a major setback. A call was made to Unetek at 5:00 in the morning. By 8:00, they were onsite and correcting the issue and had us back up and running in short order. On countless occasions, I will call one of the techs in a panic mode over a glitch or problem and they have ALWAYS corrected the problems for us.
